Hollywood producers thought the actress was “too old” for ‘Wolf of Wall Street.’ Boy, are they wrong — and we have proof.
Hello. How are you? Are you interested in reading the most garbage news of the month? Yes, yes you are:
Olivia Wilde said she was deemed “too old” for a role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street.
While on “The Howard Stern Show” promoting her new HBO music drama “Vinyl,” Wilde was asked by Stern if she had been denied a role for being too beautiful.
“No, I don’t think so,” the 32-year-old said. “The funniest thing I heard recently was I had heard for a part that I was too sophisticated. And I was like, ‘Oh, that sounds nice.’ I like that feedback. I didn’t get the part, but I’m a very sophisticated person. And then I found out later that they actually said ‘old.’ I want to make a translation sheet for Hollywood that’s all the feedback your agents give you and what it really means.”
Take a look at Olivia Wilde. The actress just turned 32 last week. Is there something wrong, from where you’re sitting? Do you see a figure that’s out of order, that’s in need of some work to appear younger. No, no you don’t. Olivia Wilde is beautiful, and any Hollywood producer who can’t see past their own bullshit knows this to be true.
Just in case anyone needs some convincing, here are some delightful photos of the beautiful and talented actress. Anyone who disagrees can eat it.
